  horrible service. We ordered on the app and it took the guy 40 minutes past our order time to make our sandwich. We waited FOURTY minutes for a terrible sandwich. The guy took a random persons order before ours after he said he would work on it and the app saying our order is ready (when it was never made). Ridiculous. The guy works like a damn snail too. What is wrong with you guys.

  I had an amazing experience at Subway thanks to Kamal! His customer service was absolutely WOW! friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and his positive attitude really stood out. It’s not every day you come across someone who makes you feel so welcomed. Kamal truly made my visit special. Highly recommend!

  This is for the management. Staff more during late night rush hours. I did a mobile order in advance and still had to wait 30 minutes. Do better, don't put pressure on one single guy. Thank you.

  I placed an order through the Subway app and paid in full, but when I arrived at the store, an employee named Sahil told me they never received the order and refused to prepare the food or offer any solution. I showed proof of payment, but no help was provided. This was very disappointing and I hope management improves both their system and customer service.

  I was looking for something late at night and decided to give subway a chance. There was only one employee working the night shift and she seemed busy. When it was my turn to order she smiled and made small talk. I thought my order was long and complicated but she told me that it was easy for her. She was so nice, quick and polite. I will have no hesitation to come back! Thank you so much Kamal! You made my night.
