    Sarleen was incredibly helpful and so kind! When I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location. She went out of her way to assist me in getting everything sorted out, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Really appreciate her patience and great customer service going above and beyond. Thank you!

    I placed an online order for subway and accidentally it went to the wrong location because my gps didn’t update on my phone so I ordered and it accidentally went to this location. I called right away and told them that I accidentally ordered there and the lady was very rude and said she already made it and said no refund is possible and couldn’t even transfer the order. I am requesting a refund of my $10.70 order but they will not do it for me. To the subway manager: when you see this please note that I am in Metrotown area often but I will be sure not to go to that subway because of one of your employees rude behaviour unless you make it right. Or send me a credit to my subway account with subway cash. Whatever you can do to make it right then at that point I will change my review. But for now I would be giving zero stars for the rude lady who answered the phone. Honestly even if I come back in and my subs are remade I will settle for that. It was a bogo offer so even if you just remake one of my subs I will be happy. I just want what I paid for as I made every effort quickly to try to fix the original location mistake.

    Ordered 2 footlongs online, and while I was waiting in the store, I got to see how this amazing team, Gurleen & Navjot, interacts not just with me, but with other customers as well during busy lunchtime. They were consistently friendly, greeting everyone warmly and handling each order with patience and professionalism. They took the time to listen to requests and explain things clearly without rushing. The store was also very clean and well maintained, and my sandwiches were made super neatly. Really appreciate the great service!

    There is a serious problem with the staff’s attitude and hygiene at this location. I clearly wrote “please pack the sauce separately” in the app order note, but the staff completely ignored it and added the sauce directly. When I pointed this out, they didn’t apologize and instead blamed my English, even saying “Do you understand English?” which was extremely rude and unprofessional. The food handling was also unacceptable. The staff coughed without a mask while making the sandwich and repeatedly touched the receipt paper, which may contain BPA, and then handled the sandwich with the same gloves. Thinking that they were transferring potential endocrine‑disrupting chemicals onto every ingredient was honestly disturbing. These are basic hygiene standards that should never be overlooked. If the staff doesn’t check the order comments in the first place, why does Subway even ask customers to write them? And if the issue was truly about my English, shouldn’t the staff have confirmed the order while making the sandwich? In the end, I couldn’t eat the sandwich and had to throw it away. I can’t speak for the other staff, but the employees who handled this issue were Pratibha and Sarleen. Based on what I experienced, it honestly seems safer not to eat the sandwiches prepared by these two. I’ve ordered from this location many times, but this experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning.

    I don’t know but I ordered two subs from this restaurant on mobile app and when I went to the restaurant for pickup I ask to use washroom but there was some foolish staff working who don’t even know about customer service as she denied to use washroom by saying this is not public washroom. I mean come on I am the customer who paid here and getting this service instead. Not acceptable.
