    Terrible customer service, I was the only one at the counter but the 2 visible employees were "too busy" to acknowledge I was even there...at 6:15 pm...all they had to do was say "I'll be right with you." - or perhaps even look at me...and yes it was the North Burnaby location.

    I just ordered chicken sub and she refused to grill it and talked to me with attitude that we grill only veggie subs It's new rule of subway made by this location Disgusting 👎👎

    Hi there, on Jan 26 evening. I ordered a sub using the subway app. I walked into the store to pick up the sub and the employee (very nice) explained she did not get an order. I thought this was strange as the money was already taken from my account. She asked me to wait for a bit and I did. I also tried to reorder and once again the money was removed from my account but no order went through. I ended up just paying interac for the sub I tried to order twice before. I have contacted Subway 4 times with no response. I am just looking for the money from the first two subs to be refunded as I never received them. I would at the very least like some sort of action on this situation. The employee on that evening was very nice and I am sure she can also explain what she saw on her side. Thanks

    The worst experience I've ever had! You don't deserve even one star. Before I even ordered, I had to wait as she slowly helped the couple in front me. The young lady behind the counter had an obvious attitude and she wasn't hiding it. I ordered a Canadian Club on 12" Italian. It comes with cheddar. It says it on your menu. She responds and says white cheese and toasted. I said no, I want how it looks in the picture with the cheddar cheese; the way that it is advertised. I was on my phone texting with my daughter and before I knew it, she was at the counter with my wrapped sub ready for payment. She asked if I wanted anything else and I said yes, veggies. She said she put the veggies that were in the picture because that's what I said. I said I wanted the cheddar cheese that's in the picture and nowhere on there does it say tomato and she began an argument with me and wanted to be right. However she was very very very wrong. She opened up a sloppy sub that looked like it was assembled in seconds. It had tomatoes. I asked her to take the tomatoes off because I don't want tomatoes and that's my choice. She wouldn't stop trying to prove her point. I'm the customer! You don't have a point! After more attitude and eye rolls I had enough. I was not going to give your Subway location one cent. I walked out and left that disgusting looking mess on the counter where she had it. I will never go back there again and I will tell every single person I know what an awful location this is. I'm not going to be told by someone who hates their life how I'm going to have my sub. I'm also not going to be gaslit. If your employees hate their jobs so much, they should quit.
