- EWEddy Wong5 days ago3.0This location is located inside the Metrotown Metropolis Mall food court area, upstairs. The Subway Italian B.M.T.® is a classic sub featuring Genoa salami, spicy pepperoni, and Black Forest ham. Traditionally standing for "Biggest, Meatiest, Tastiest," it is often served on Italian bread with cheese and veggies. It is sometimes listed under "Italianos" or as the "Ultimate BMT" (with added provolone) in the Subway Series menu. If you look closely I just got 2 thin layers of ham all across the foot long sub. Like seriously? LOL 😂 Also for some reason this location is more expensive than other locations. Not sure why, maybe because it’s a mall location?

Then another staff trying to finish my sandwich. Landed up two staffs taking turns to finish my sandwich and my sandwich was filled with piping hot black because the staff were not aware they doubled up the black pepper. I cannot eat the sandwich due to the stupidity of the staff working there doubling up so much black pepper in my sandwich. This is the worst experience at this location. Will not go there any more, prefer to go to my normal subway location! The staff in not attentive in my order at Metrotown that I have to write a bad review

It felt like they were trying to rush through the order without caring about what I actually wanted. If I’m paying full price, I expect a proper portion, not a half-empty sandwich. Definitely not the quality or service I was expecting.

The service felt rude and unwelcoming, which really affected my overall experience. I believe customer service should be respectful and friendly, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behaviour.
