I asked for assistance and she told me, “Find it yourself in the store.” I even gave the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was busy but it wasn’t. I politely asked again if she could at least point me to the aisle, and she just looked at me over her glasses and rolled her eyes. I understand people can have off days, but taking it out on customers is not okay. It came across as very unprofessional and honestly just disappointing. I would never leave a negative review but this is the 3rd time I’ve had similar experience with the same employee.
