  i am a regular customer at PriceSmart, we went there yesterday and tried to buy Vitasoy drinks, lemon teas but we noticed some of the products were expired. brought it to show to the supervisor, ( a lady ) she told me she noticed that and said it was only a day beyond the expired date. For sure she has no professional customer service skill at all. she should be fired.

  Well organized and clean, better deal than save on food in my book it should be name rip on food.

  The larger, newer location has a complete selection from bakery, cooked foods to produce and sundries. Plentiful of parking, remembursed with purchase. Clearer signage in the parkade would be beneficial.

  I used to go this Pricesmart for my groceries as it does have fresh meat and vegetables. The price match system is also convenient so I don't need to drive to other shops. However, one of the staff called Anita made me so hesitate shopping at Pricesmart again. She is extremely fussy. I showed her T&T flyer, she said cannot do pricematch against member price, only special price. But I did many times before in the same shop, this is the first time I heard. She rejected to reimburse my parking fees using 1 Rewards membership card even though we had 2 invoices, each invoice > $15. That means we cannot go Pricesmart twice a day? I'm not sure if Anita is well familiar with the restrictions/rules or she made those up herself. Actually, whenever you see her, she is not friendly, no smile with long face all days. This kind of customer service will only drive customers away. But other staffs at cashier/customer service counter do have good smile and saying morning to customers.

  I come here a few times a week usually around 8-9pm to pick up a few items for lunch the next day. Without failure the same lady is working the self checkout tills. I always check the check out lanes before going to the self check tills and usually none are open, the person is chatting with the self check out lady or the line is pretty long. I take my 1-3 items and ask the self check out lady to help me suspend my transaction because I don't have a physical card and need to use my phone number. Each and every time Im met with a rude comment about how I need to go to one of the lanes or that its a hassle or whatever the excuse is that day. Each time I ask her politely to help and im always met with rudeness. I dont understand how this is such an unbearable task? She took my items today and of course the lady that was up talking to her is now at her till. She just says here and says something in her language to the other lady and walks away. You can tell shes talking about me. I tell the other lady how awful it makes people feel to be treated rudely every time. This self check out lady is terrible. I like coming here but she really ruins the entire experience - strongly recommend finding her replacement.
