  What's the point of being open 24hrs if you don't take orders 24hrs. Either that or the workers lied cause they didn't want to do it. Down the street to the competition I guess that will be my new morning routine.

  Drive thru personal have no customer sense or personality...no straw for an overpriced drink is lame, I forgot to check the bag but shouldn't have to.

  15 minutes to get a very basic order, washroom disgusting , not even a way of drying your hands, floor and sick full of water, like come on?

  A McDonald's that serves the community here in Burnaby. Close by to a No Frills so you can come here before or after you do your grocery shopping. They have a drive 🚗 through so you can get your Java or quick bite this way as well. March 8. 2026 Current Promotion is Playmobil for the Kids and NHL Star sticks for the kids at heart that are actually Adults or Grandparents? Is McD using temptation as bait to trigger the vulnerabilities of our inner child at ❤️? McD is so so strategic!!! 😊

  I ordered two coffees, both double-double. Unfortunately, one of them was cold when I received it, which was disappointing. When I mentioned this to the manager and asked what happened, her response was “Don’t talk to me like that.” I was simply trying to explain the issue, so the response felt unprofessional. I hope the staff can handle customer concerns more respectfully in the future.
