- RCRitesh Chaudhary2 days ago1.0I ordered from McDonald’s and was supposed to receive large fries, but the staff gave me small fries instead. When I pointed this out, the employee Navdeep told me they didn’t have large cups and insisted I accept the small fries. I refused because I paid for a large. During the situation, Navdeep falsely claimed to be the manager, which I later found out was not true. This was misleading and unprofessional. The situation escalated into a heated argument, and he began shouting at me, which was completely unacceptable. Other staff members came over, but instead of resolving the issue properly, the situation was handled poorly. Please reach out to me regarding this matter, as I have full proof of the incident.

We never have this problem at other locations and they are always happy to switch for us. It's called Happy Meal, not Miserable Meal. It's not like we don't pay for it or not customers there. Just want to switch a toy or to a book and they wouldn't even look at it. Very disappointing customer service.

She had a cat tattoo on her left wrist and a paw print tattoo above the cat tattoo) she was so fun and kind to interact with and complimented me on being polite. She has 4 years before retirement and she deserves a raise 😉
