I placed an drive thru order with my McDonald App at 1:40 am, I went to the location and the staff told me they were closed at 11 o’clock… but this location is a 24 hour location.
Visited this McDonald's on Friday, March 27th at 9:30ish pm. Ordered 30 cheeseburgers with no meat through the drive-thru. Waited for them as we knew it may take a while. Received the bags and got on the highway to Surrey. Went through the bags on the drive and the burgers were not fully wrapped and over half were out of the wrappers. The wrapping had no folds and were draped over the top with a scrunch to close them on the bottom.
Opened a burger and there were no onions and the ones that actually had pickles (about half had no pickles) they were piled on each other in twos and in the corner. Checked all of them as they needed to be put back into the wrappers. Discovered that the cheese was not in the center and 8 had it half off the burger.
No receipt, so Googled for the number. We're now in New Westminster about to go over the new Patullo bridge. At 9:45 pm, I called McDonald's. Asked for the manager and a female with an Indian accent came on the phone. She was dismissive. When I said we are making a complaint, she refused to even give her first name. Asked for the order number and she said the McDonald's no longer has order numbers. She said that I should print out my bank statement and bring it in to the McDonald's as proof I purchased the burgers.
Got to Surrey and chopped up onions and added cheese and pickles and then gave them to our family and guests.
I called customer service on Monday, March 30th and was told that the staff must give their first name when customers ask and that McDonald's receipts do in fact have order numbers and she should have given in to me. I was then told that a manager from head office would call me within 3 business days to resolve my complaint. It's been a week and nobody has called.
This location used to be amazing, however, the service has gone down to nil, including that of certain managers.

Waited 45 minutes for my lunch with my hungry children. This is the worst wait I've ever had at any McDonalds in my life. Who's running this place? Standards have clearly nosedived...

The restaurant was dirty, and the staff didnt seem to care about the overflowing garbage bins, besides the state of the place I waited 30mins or so for a coffee I ordered at the counter. 30mins after ordering, while I watched others place orders after me and still served first.
I had to ask the cashier about my order twice, before I suppose she was forced to make it herself. Definitely never going back

We were in town from Vancouver for the toy show tomorrow. After checking into our hotel, we decided to grab some food from this McDonald’s. It wasn’t busy, but they still made us wait after we pulled up.
When leaving the drive-thru, there’s an extended curb on the right side that’s almost impossible to see as you pull out. Unfortunately, we ended up smashing the rim on our car because of it.
Then when we finally got the food, it was really disappointing. The burger barely had any ketchup on it, the bun was cracked and smashed, and the fries were floppy and undercooked — which was frustrating since that’s apparently what we were waiting for.
Overall, the food tasted terrible and the whole experience was pretty bad.
