  I don’t like how you don’t give us extra lettuce for chicken burgers even when you were asked for it. If you’re not going to fulfill it, just get rid of the “extra” option.

  This KFC is relatively new, and it's located at Gilmore Place. It's more of a takeout place as it has limited seating. The Chicken tasted fresh and I enjoyed their chicken sandwich.

  First time ordering from this location and the fries were soggy, the gravy was terrible. The chicken was gross and no macaroni, cold salad or potato salad.

  This has to be my worst KFC experience! I called in advance to request that my order be made fresh, since my previous orders always had soggy fries and chicken. I arrived five minutes after calling and waited another 7-ish minutes, yet the food was still soggy. Despite the call and the long wait, my order was still not made fresh. When I raised the issue, the staff simply gave me a strange look and insisted it was made fresh. If you hold the fry up, it wouldn't even stand straight. There was no acknowledgment of the problem, no apology, and no sense of customer service.

  The guy gave me the wrong pepsi and then put a weird face and blamed me saying that i ordered normal, when i ordered diet. Also didn’t ask me if I want to pay cash or card, i wanted to pay cash and he just put the card machine and left. If i did that in my job i would be fired. I ordered the spicy famous chicken burger and he didn’t say that they didn’t have it, he just put something else, zinger or something, not bad but not what I wanted, when i questioned it he said oh we are closing, like if he had the zinger one ready and the other one not, and he just didn’t want to make it, eventho i don’t think it was ready because it took him 20 minutes to give it to me after many complains, fast food should be fast, this is just food i guess.
