  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered two sandwiches online and went to pick them up. Once I arrived, I realized I needed to order two more sandwiches, so I placed an additional order in-store. The employee, Parneet, told me I had to wait 10 minutes because I had ordered online — even though there were no other customers in the restaurant. It also took her quite a while just to begin preparing the order. I arrived at 10:06 PM, and the store closes at 10:30 PM, yet she seemed visibly bothered that I came in. Her attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional. While preparing the food, she used a wooden disposable spoon to portion the tuna instead of the standard measurement scoop they normally use. When I asked for extra olives, she barely added any. When I politely asked for a bit more, she insisted she had already put double the amount, which was clearly not the case. Overall, the service was poor, the attitude was unfriendly, and the experience felt rushed and unpleasant. Customer service and professionalism were definitely lacking during this visit.

  I've been eating subway for years. Parneet is an amazing sandwich artist. She helped me navigate through the Subway mobile app which is above and beyond her line of duty. Will definitely be back at this location!

  I stopped by the Subway at Production Way Sky Train Station with friends and had a fantastic experience! Our server, Miss Parneet, was awesome - she took great care of us and made sure our meal was just right. The rice bowls were delicious, and it was so great to taste that classic Subway flavour again 😊. Kudos to Parneet for doing an amazing job! She's definitely a rockstar and deserves a big thank you for making our meal so special. Store manager, take note - this girl deserves a raise! 😉 Thanks for the great food and service, Parneet.

  Super friendly and accommodating staff. They’re always on time with online orders, and they follow the instructions perfectly, making the subs even more delicious.
