My friends and I stopped by this Subway today evening, and we all had a fantastic experience. I want to give huge shout-out to employee who helped me, her communication skills were impressive. It’s rare to find such customer service where you don’t feel rushed. The food was fresh and delicious. It made for a really pleasant meal for our group. We will definitely be back!

I don't know why i keep going. The staff dont pay attention to your requests, the pop machine has been broken for over a year now and the tables are left filthy. Not all subways are run like this one, so its a franchisee issue im sure.

Terrible service. I came in and no one was there was I waited........and waited......and waited. Finally a whistled so if there was someone working they would know I was wanting to spend money on food. The worker came out and asked my order, then another staff came out and they started talking in another language. The first staff started to build my sandwich incorrectly, so I asked for the cheese I wanted again. They looked at me then said something in another language to the other staff. I thought it unusual. Then they finished my sandwich and tossed it at the other worker who was at the till and said something else in another language. The till staff looked at me then said something back to the other worker in another language. I did not feel it was a positive interaction.
I know we live in a multicultural city. However I think it is important to present in your environment. Speak in the language of common people, and since they were not and kept looking at me then talking, I felt as if they were talking badly about me, regardless of they were.
It's poor customer service that relies on construction and SkyTrain customers to keep them afloat. I work in the office beside them and I won't be going back.

Staff kept talking to each other all the way when preparing the sandwich which was placed right underneath their mouths. Wonder for the food Hygiene.....
