Your employee Shelby consistently demonstrates extremely poor customer service. I have had multiple negative interactions with her in the past and often avoid her checkout line because of it. Today, I decided to give her another chance, and unfortunately, the experience was no different. When I approached the counter and said hello, she did not acknowledge me at all and instead abruptly said, “More rewards number.” There was no greeting, eye contact, or basic courtesy. Her body language and tone throughout the interaction clearly communicated indifference and a lack of professionalism. After completing the transaction, I thanked her, and once again she did not make eye contact and muttered “yup” in a dismissive manner. At that point, I addressed the issue and explained that this behavior has been consistent every time I’ve interacted with her, which is why I usually avoid her line. She interrupted me, said “have a good day,” and ended the interaction without any apology or acknowledgment. This employee presents herself as though she is uninterested in providing even basic customer service, which reflects poorly on the store. As someone who works in retail myself, I find this behavior unacceptable and far below standard. I also observed her complaining to previous customers about the reusable bags they brought in, which only reinforced the negative experience. I wanted to bring this to your attention because this level of customer service is not just disappointing, it actively discourages customers from returning.

Rachel L. at the checkout was awesome. She helped me bag my groceries, wiped down a few of the groceries when the pineapples spilled, and was generally extremely pleasant and friendly. If all cashiers were like this I would never use self checkout. Great job Rachel!

There are no seats to sit and wait for handi dart pick up - suggested we go outside on a cold bench ! - enjoyed the store - layout makes items easy to find - magazine section is super with many on quilting and other hand crafts - by the way when I went to the bench outside I shared it with a man smoking and drinking beer - Arlene Walker

I was in the bakery and saw some apple pie sitting on the heating racks. I asked if they were freshly baked. The lady replied yes, once I got home I realized the pie was cold and the pastry was not flaky it tasted like it was a couple days old. I called them right away and was told that the pies come in half bake and frozen they just heat them up for 15 to 20 minutes and then they put a label saying freshly baked it should say freshly reheat it. We have no idea when it was baked.
