When I got to the till they scanned as $38.99, I then had to wait for the clerk to go to the back of the store and confirm the price. When she returned it was confirmed that the price was marked incorrectly. I stared that under the Canadian Scanner price code I should receive ten dollars off of the item. I was then told there was nothing they would do as the code didn't apply to expired sale prices. This is not stated on the Government of Canada website only in store. In the essence of customer service as this delay made me late for an appointment I should have been offered this discount. Very disappointed in Save On foods.

- CBCarl BJan 26, 20263.0Good location and staff is nice enough that I always use the cashiers as opposed to the self checkout ,so I really don’t appreciate the fact that if I ask for a paper bag ,9 times out of 10 they just put it on the counter and I have to bag my own stuff…..may as well just use the self checkout and not worry about the staff keeping that cashier position. Something for staff to think about possibly??
