  I shop here regularly, today February 8th l bought a roast chicken , was kinda in a hurry so didn't look close as I've never had a problem. When l got home the chicken was not just over cooked but burnt, really burnt. The wings like charcoal the legs hard as a rock, l tried to salvage what l could but ended up throwing it out. It was dry as a popcorn fart. Only 13 dollars, but disappointed 😥 somebody wasn't paying attention. I do like this store everything else is great helpful staff so on. But that chicken 🐔 not good. Sorry don't have photo wish l did.

  Great Store off 104 Ave Surrey BC this store is located about approx 1 kilometers east of 152 nd street Surrey BC. Lots of variety fresh every thing. Located in small strip mall other merchants located here as well ample parking.

  Save on foods is what it is overpriced I wil say quality can be good but I’m not impressed w the way I was treated At high gate store never had an issues until one day I was looking at some clearance items that are scattered around in a shelf I picked up a box that was ripped at the same time a worker came up and said rudely what are you doing acusing me me off doing it ! Told him I didn’t do it it was like this I kindly said please don’t accuse me did you see me doing it ? He didn’t say anything I told him well I see this box has been open I asked if they do cheaper prices on this kind of stuf the look on his face was like he’s better than me And I shouldn’t be there said look I didn’t do anything said to him wana look in my bag he wasn’t interested he was just interested in acusing of something he didn’t see he was being very authoritative I left made me feel very uncomfortable ( sorry for the long review here but I feel like I have to say this ) definitely not good customer relations so I was in the store again another time waiting for the pharmacist lady to be free the same guy comes running up to me aggressively while I’m just standing there doing nothing and says to me ur banned for the store I have to leave leave rite now starts to push me towards exit. I said what are doing and what are you talking about I haven’t done anything so what is going on here this time he was more authoritative like he’s some cop or something I asked for an explanation but he said nothing I asked to speak to the manager he says he’s the manager I said well don’t I have to be doing something bad to be asked to leave !?and then he just walked away people wer looking at him like he’s crazy as they saw me doing nothing but standing waiting for the pharmacist how embarrassing and rude to treat anyone like that I can understand if someone was shoplifting or causing a scene but someone just standing there it’s not right he was acting like he owned the store I had tears in my eyes being humiliated in front of people and he wasn’t quiet people are asking me if I’m not ok I didn’t leave I waited to talk to the pharmacist and then left and wil not go back to highgate save on foods

  Great shopping experience at Save-On-Foods. The store was clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the quality of the products was very good. I enjoy shopping here and would recommend it.
