  Went there to buy a muffin and coffee as usual before work but saw something so disturbing that I’m not going back there anymore. One of the employees named Somayeh (according to her name tag) was putting all the baked goods in the display. In the middle of while doing it, I noticed she doesn’t have any gloves on while handling ready to eat items. What made me disgusted was that she scratched her armpit by putting her hand inside her t-shirt and then continued putting away the same ready to go food again. This is unacceptable.

  Sorry, but I feel I need to defend Linnea if the last two reviews are about her. I live upstairs and am in the store about four times a week. I consistently find her cheerful, helpful, and welcoming. My kids absolutely love her — she is always so kind and patient with them. I’m honestly surprised to read these reviews if they’re referring to the same person (Linnea with the curly hair), as our experiences have always been very positive.

  There is a middle-aged cashier at customer service — she wears glasses, has medium-long wavy hair, and a wheat-colored complexion — whose attitude is extremely bad and feels discriminatory. I proactively provided my More Rewards account, but she did not apply the membership points or discounts for me. Her attitude is consistently very poor and makes people feel very uncomfortable every time. I’m not the only one who feels this way; coworkers and friends who live upstairs have also complained to me about her terrible attitude.

  Very disappointing customer service. The cashier (a woman with medium-length slightly curly hair) ignored basic greetings like “how are you” and “thank you,” with no response at all. The attitude was cold and unprofessional, making the experience uncomfortable. This is not the level of service customers should expect.

  I would like to share feedback about my recent shopping experience on Feb 16 2026 with cashier ( Taranpreet ).This is the second time I have received very poor customer service, and I am quite disappointed. The staff member I interacted with was rude and not professional. They did not listen to what I was asking and showed no interest in helping resolve my concern. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to be listened to when I need assistance. I hope you can look into this matter and take steps to improve customer service. I value shopping at your store, but experiences like this make it very frustrating.
