I scan a product,but the screen showed staff assistance needed,I wave to the guy very politely and friendly to show him the product can not scan smoothly ,the guy look at me very rude said just leave it there and do not touch it ,and then turn around go away !?? like I am begging him to do me a favour ,he may can not understand what he is there for ?!!! While I was double-checking the vegetable weight and getting ready to pay, a male staff member came over without any acknowledgment and started operating the screen right in front of me. When I tried to tell him that I had already finished scanning and was about to pay, he rudely pushed my hand aside and said, “hang on.” He looked at the screen briefly and then left without saying anything. He didn’t respond at all and his facial expression was very disrespectful. disappoint with the service

While waiting at the hot food/deli area, staff started helping people who had arrived after me. I understand that mistakes can happen, so I spoke up and said my order and was told I would be helped after those customers. One staff member who had been helping other customers, started saran-wrapping dishes in front of me rather than fill my order. After all other customers had been served, they just turned and walked away from the counter. It is impossible to interpret this as anything other than intentional. Staff saw me, heard me and responded, yet chose to serve everyone else and then walk away.
