  Fresh produce and a lot of station to eat from, it’s almost like visiting a little fair! They always have good amount of fresh vegetables and fruits on sale, it has become my go to store after work!

  I normally love shopping at Pricemart because of the fresh fruit and veggies they have compared to Superstore. However, over the last year I have had to bring back so many things for refund the same day I bought the items due to spoilage. Today was the last straw, I bought a pack of wraps near the bakery, package had best before Feb 28, 2026 brought it home and ate one to find out the other half of the package started to show some mold spots. That being said, this store needs to really do a proper maintenance of what is on their shelves. Pictured below are drinks with best before dates well beyond last year March onwards. I took these photos today while returning my wraps. Its not the matter of the dollar that I care about, I care that some day someone is going to fall seriously ill for not looking at the expiry or best before date. If you are shopping here, CHECK THE BEST BEFORE/EXPIRY date

  I don’t know if this is a management issue or something else, but it’s frustrating to see people placed at the front who spend time chatting which waste more time and don’t seem comfortable managing customer service, while others who clearly know how to handle it are always put somewhere else. A cashier (Irene) is always quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and she constantly ends up stepping in to help with customer service issues even though she’s already very busy at her own till. That’s why I’m giving this a 3 star rating. I don’t know if this is a management issue or something else, but is a waste of time to see people placed at the front who are just chatting (short people), hearing them laughing from far away or don’t know how to handle customer service, while someone who clearly knows what she’s doing is overloaded. Better front-end organization and placing the right people in the right roles during peak hours would really improve the experience.

  Fair shopping experience. But recently feel bad for the song list. Almost all of the songs are in Mandarin. Seems customers with other languages are not welcome to come. As an Asian supermarket which is always with local brand save on food products, the songs in Pricesmart can be mainly in English and some others in Asian languages (Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, etc). Or u can name urself as Chinese supermarket like T&T.
