  I have been buying pizzas for almost 2 years in this place, I have tried many different things on the menu and so far I couldn’t come up with one that I couldn’t love to eat. I’ve known the staff for quite long and I was always satisfied with their service.

  I ordered XL The Works. It's supposed to be a fully loaded pizza. Look how crazy they skimped on toppings here. This will be the last time I order from this location again. Reply to owner: I contacted your support team. The franchise owner reached out to me, and offered me a 50% discount for my next pizza. Give me a refund or a free replacement. Terrible customer service.

  This is the worst food place I have ever been to. This place is so unsanitary. The girl working she was wearing black glasses was talking on the phone while making the pizzas, all her spit was going on the food. I didn't pay to have spit all over my food. Also she was not wearing gloves and had long nails which dirt gets stuck on your nails and that was going all on the food. She kept touching her glasses because it was sliding off her face and touching her noise. She also came to take orders touching the cash desk, which the machines looked so dirty and right after that she would go and continue making the food. I have not seen a more unsanitary food place in my life and I've been to lots of pizza places. This is disappointing. She said it will take 15 minutes to make which after 30 minutes of waiting it was still not done, I asked for a refund. I dont recommend anyone to go to this place. You can tell this is my first review and for me to get to the point to need to write a review says that it can't get any worst.

  El peor servicio al cliente de mi vida!! Ordené pizza a las 7:36 pm. Debía llegar entre 8:14 y 8:24 según el email que me llegó. A las 8:30 pm llamé al local porque no llegaba, me respondieron y me pidieron poner en hold por un minuto. Pasaron más de 12 minutos y no me atendían. Mi esposa llamó desde su teléfono y la atendieron en 6 minutos (mi número de celular era el registrado). Conversé con la persona que me atendía y ya eran más de las 8:43 pm. Le dije que estaba esperando mi pizza y me dijo que ya estaba en el horno. Le dije que ya debía estar en camino. Me dijo que estaba muy ocupado y que mi única opción era esperar. Le expliqué que ya había esperado lo suficiente y que debía enviar mi pizza. Me dijo que tenía pedidos de 2 horas y que tenia suerte de que mi pedido ya estuviese por salir. Le dije que no esperaría más y me respondió que no podía hacer nada más y que solo me tocaba esperar. Nunca se disculpó, solo me hablo de sus problemas y la cantidad de órdenesque tenía. La llamada terminó con la persona diciéndome no puedo hacer nada más y que solo debo esperar y me cortó el teléfono. A las 9:03pm me llamaron a decirme que la pizza estaba en camino y les dije que ya no la quería. Felizmente había elegido los opción de pagar en la puerta. La entrega era a 2 minutos del restaurante. Elegí Domino's y me atendieron de inmediato. No se si será culpa de los marca, pero el dueño de esta franquicia no sabe administrar bien su empresa.
