I was greeted by two lovely ladies who were both professional and courteous. The fries were outstanding. I cannot say enough about the staff and the delicious fries I received. Yes I get your busy but they were literally completing orders that were ordered after our order. Their service is slow and seems messy and allover the place. The food is still good though, but they need a more organized and faster service. Plus they completed around 5 orders that ordered after our order, and yet we had an easy order (1 regular poutine and 1 regular truffle fries) but the truffle fries barely had sauce, so we had to order some cheese to dip the fries in.
