    i am picking up the order for delivery, the order is already ready before i arrived at store but nobody even care that i am waiting for the order. The store is not busy though, and they all are busy in talking with each other.

    Very disappointing experience at this location. English is not my first language, but that does not justify being treated disrespectfully. When I politely asked to switch the English muffin to a McGriddle in the $5 breakfast combo, the drive-thru staff member responded impatiently, saying “OMG, I don’t understand what you’re saying, OMG,” and told me to go to the next window. This was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I have lived in Canada for many years and have never felt so disrespected at a McDonald’s before. Management should seriously address customer service standards at this location.

    Went to drive through for nuggets and asked for the new "hot honey" sauce. After leaving I realized that I was given a mustard sauce. I turned around to go exchange it and told the girl at DT that I asked for Hot Honey sauce and she said they don't have that. I told her it's the new sauce to which she replied we have have"Frank's Red Hot sauce" so I took that and then showed her on the package where it is written "Hot Honey". She continued to argue with me for some reason... I just had to laugh and leave.

    The order was put in on the online screen and it took longer than anytime I have ever ordered at the cashiers. It was regular McDonalds food.... I was on my way home from work and I was hungry.
