What’s the point of mobile ordering then? On top of that, they only gave me one straw for two drinks. When I got home, I found a long hair in my fries and two short hairs stuck on my drink cup. Absolutely freaking disgusting. I had to throw everything away, waste of my money as well. I used to come to this location often, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. Totally lost my trust

They had made my sandwich wrong so i let them know, i was checking in when i saw him SPIT IN MY FOOD. i don’t know what other disgusting things they did to my food back there but if he can’t manage his emotions why is he being allowed to manage a RESTAURANT THAT SERVES FOOD. GROSS.! absolutely unacceptable.
- PPporcelaindollNov 5, 20251.0The manager harry is one of the rudest most disgusting people i’ve ever seen, he doesn’t understand anything and doesn’t try to either. he gets our order wrong then yells at us because of his mistake. no matter how many times you explain something to this guy he just argues with you instead of listening. i don’t know if his attitude is because he’s coping with the fact he can’t speak english or he’s genuinely just rude and doesn’t care to understand. this isn’t the first time he’s given us attitude either, or messed up our order, or yelled at people including us. but it’s going to be the last as we’re not going to be stopping by here anymore. absolutely disgusting, low class behaviour.
