- BWBarry Wong3 days ago5.0Thursday evening Nov.20th at 10:50pm, I ordered a Big Mac via McDonald's app. However, due to limitations in the app for custom options (ie. to request "no seasoning" on the patties, and "all toppings on the side" I needed to go inside for counter service to fulfill my special order. I was promptly greeted and served by a young lady. Her name is "Rashmeen". She was very friendlyšš» professionalšš» efficientšš» On a different note, I agree with several other reviewers that there should be further clarification on the website and restaurant signage regarding this location's hours of service... ie. dine-in service is not 24 hours. ie.

I just havenāt seen an iced coffee this pale in a long time, so I was a bit shocked when I opened the lid. Taste-wise, it felt more like milk with a tiny hint of coffee. Not bad, just super mild and definitely not the āwake-me-upā kind of coffee. More like a sweet milky drink rather than actual iced coffee. Again ā probably just unlucky timing or an odd batch. Thereās no sauce, no lettuce, no onions, DESPITE PAYING EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING. Thereās staff was rude from the beginning, and it wasnāt even that busy!!! I told them I am ready to pay extra, just donāt give me bland burgers like the previous other times that I have gotten. The manager apologised and told me that heāll take care of it, and YET THIS IS WHAT I HAVE GOT??? This is an absolute waste of money. If at all this organisation is concerned about its reputation, I hope thereās something you can do to make up to this series of inconveniences.
