  It was very disappointing and unexpected experience as we ordered two red hot mcveggie burger combos, eventhough the service was fast but we got crispy chicken patty in the burger and being a vegetarian I felt disappointing because I already took bite of burger then my friend realised it was crispy chicken. When we took it to employees, they did not even apologize properly. We got our order again still it was wrong because we told them one burger was no mac chicken sauce, still got it. Worst experience ever.

  Got a BF sandwich on the go to work and surprised at the price I paid for the tiny sandwich - $4.19! Just egg & cheese. Not worth the money - I can get a way better quality sandwich elsewhere with a better price point. I wonder why there are still a lit of people lining up at McDonald's these days.

  Busy location as expected. Ordered a filet o fish. Service was fast. Burger was satisfactory. It was warm and tasted fine but could use a bit more sauce. They got the order of the filling wrong. Cheese should be on the bottom bun, then fish, then sauce, then top bun.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I visited the McDonald’s inside Metropolis at Metrotown in Burnaby on a Friday afternoon, and as expected, it was very busy with lots of people coming in and out. Despite the crowd, the service was fairly efficient, and the staff did a good job keeping things moving. The food was great and consistent with what I love about McDonald’s in Canada. The burgers were hot, the fries were fresh and crispy, and everything tasted just right. One thing I really appreciate about McDonald’s here is the quality—it feels more reliable and well-prepared compared to some other places. It’s always comforting to know exactly what you’re getting, especially during a busy shopping day. The location is super convenient inside the mall, making it an easy stop for a quick meal or snack break while shopping. Seating can be a bit hard to find during peak hours because of how popular it is, which is why I’m giving it four stars instead of five. Overall, it’s a solid McDonald’s with great food, good service, and a lively atmosphere. Definitely a go-to spot when you’re at Metrotown and craving something familiar and satisfying.
