This is one of the better, if not the best, McDonald's I've been to in Vancouver. Clean and service is great; food is typical McDonald's so no surprises there.

Today was my third time that I paid for mustard dip and didn't get it. I specifically asked server at the window (didn't want to hold back line up) is my dip in the bag and she confirmed , yes it is. As soon as you order more than 2 items at this location, you can bet your money, they did not fill your order. I can't prove it first 2 times because I paid cash and didn't get recept, but, third time I paid with my debit and asked for my recept and I was charged again for it. When I got home, mustard dip was not in the bag. If I go back there again, I will be checking my order no matter how long line up is behind me. I suggest, if you are ordering more than 2 items at this location, check your bag before leaving the window.

my recent experience at 4:08 pm at drive-through was so bad. The employee helping with take out orders, named Zoa or Soa can't recognize her name but was quite rude and unprofessional during my visit. Her attitude made the interaction unpleasant, and it seemed that she lacked the basic courtesy and communication skills expected in customer service.I hope you can address this issue and ensure that your staff receive proper training to provide polite and professional service. Hiring and training employees who can represent your brand positively would greatly improve the customer experience.
