I’ve never written a review like this before, but I genuinely owe my life to an employee named Soya. While I was inside the restaurant, I suddenly stopped breathing and collapsed. Everything was a blur for me, but I later learned that Soya immediately stepped in, kept her composure, and started performing CPR without hesitation.
From what witnesses told me, she stayed focused the entire time, kept talking to me, and didn’t stop until the paramedics arrived. That kind of quick thinking and confidence isn’t something you see every day, especially in a fast-food restaurant. It’s because of her actions that I’m still here.
I can’t express how grateful I am. McDonald’s is lucky to have someone like her—someone who not only knows what to do in an emergency but actually cares enough to act. If anyone deserves recognition, it’s Soya.

I have been visiting McDonald’s almost every day for the past 2–3 years, usually in the morning, and my experience has always been very pleasant until recently. The morning staff, especially a lady named Tina, have always been very kind, polite, and welcoming, which is one of the main reasons I kept coming back.
However, during my last 2–3 visits, my experience has not been good. There is a staff member (an older Korean lady, I believe her name sounds like Ziya or similar) who has been very rude when handing over my order. She initially gives the food normally, but when I politely ask for napkins or ketchup, her behavior becomes noticeably rude and unwelcoming. This has happened multiple times now.
Because of these repeated experiences, I am honestly considering stopping my visits to this location. I hope management can look into this matter and ensure customers are treated respectfully, as the rest of the morning team has always done such a wonderful job.

The service here was actually really solid. I ordered a cheeseburger, small fries, and a Diet Coke, and Elijah pointed out the 2cheeseburger meal since it was only a little more and came with extra food. Super helpful, and honestly more employees should know the menu like he does.

No more free refill !!! And I don’t understand ketchup dispenser all the way the other side counter by garbage and exit door. The only good thing, the big seating area and decent people dining in.

This mcdonalds stands out for the amazing service and friendly staff. Soya always greets us with a very friendly demeanour and definitely makes our mornings better. She is also very friendly to our dog when we are in drivethrough.
