  I have to say that coming into McDonald's will always create a moment or two where I'm sitting there and 12 yrs old. Just getting up to the quarter pounder stage. At that time super size everything. Lol it was the best burger I had had at that time. Patty browned/caramelized to perfection, bit salty. Good American cheese slice, diced onions to add sweetness and a bit of spice, pickles ( I always like extra.) and those perfect sauces to top it all. The bun was perfect warmed by the patty, wrapped in a peice of decrotive wax paper. Ohhhh and those fries. No words needed. Characters around the store and consistent pricing. Not small adjustments based on trends. It warms my heart today. Thanks McDonald's for always taking me back to those memories with family, friends, Home! 😉🤔 Make straws and lids for drinks an option at the kiosks and have staff ask while ordering. Saving cents makes dollars. Peace✌🏻💚🇨🇦

  I’ve overall had a decent experience here. It’s McDonald’s after all. The food is alright. My main issue is that the staff do not enunciate anything when taking your order and it can be very, very frustrating and challenging to get a confirmation on that your order is correct. The staff need to speak more clearly.

  I used to come here all the time, the renovation has killed the appeal. The lobby is even smaller than it used to be, prioritizing doordash. Seating was removed from downstairs so if you can't do stairs you will not be able to go upstairs unless you use their silly stair lift system. The biggest problem is they also removed the soda fountains from downstairs and upstairs so no refills or mixing the drink the way you want it. Awful choice to remove this, we have stopped going because of these changes.

  We got up-charged $4.50 for our order. We ordered two mcdouble meals which come with a small fries and drink. I asked for diet cokes for each, thinking they’d be the small size like the meal is. We get to the window and wait too long for a very dead restaurant. We then get handed three medium drinks. Two from the original meals that got changed to medium without our permission that added $1.50, then an added third drink that was $3. $25 dollars for two mcdouble meals and two junior chickens… The Value menu!! Really unacceptable to customers. Imagine splurging with your family that may not always be able to afford to go out, then get charged an extra almost $5 for things they didn’t ask for? Really disappointing.

  We usually go here with a company of 4 to 6 due to it's upper floor space and relatively queit vibe. Food quality is as good ad McDonald's can be! But we regularly notice emplpyees touching food with no gloves and more...it's not just one employee, we have seen a few! Seems to be thw norm here! Altgough it is hard to pin, but on a few occasions we have gone home with tummy aches that lastwd the night! This past evening, there was a birthday party for kids held at the party room section that seemed to reck havoc on the entire upstairs and almost everyone sitting up there (must have beem more than 30 people, youn and older) all showing annoyance with the unusually noisy wild kids thay were running around in between tables and "walls"! Popping baloons in what looked like a dileberate attempt to attract attention!! No amount of stern looks and stares were taken seriously and no parents to be found to control this situation. This went on for hours until we left! I think the establishment should have offered warnings at the very least, as all paying customers wwre evidently upset. Granted, this has not been a frequent occurrence here, since we are regulars here. But nevertheless! Thanks,
