    Poor management. There’s one employee running the entire store, taking orders then leaving to go cook. Waiting 15 minutes for someone to take my order, then left and went across the street to a Chinese chicken place.

    They are slow and careless some time. 80% of the time they for get to give me any napkin, condiments and the proper order. There is some thing always missing. It's really frustrating when using there drive through.

    I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. When I placed my order, I clearly told the cashier that I had a coupon code from the app (code 14). However, when I reached the window, the cashier began lecturing me, saying that next time I should tell her I have an online coupon. I had already explained that I had a coupon code, so I don’t understand the issue. I have ordered at other KFC locations before and never had this problem. She continued repeating herself, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I was then told I would need to wait 8–10 minutes for my 4-piece chicken meal. When I asked for a sweet and sour sauce for my fries, she refused, saying I should have requested it earlier and that I would be charged for it. Considering I was already waiting 8–10 minutes in the drive-thru, I asked if she could provide one sauce without charge. The drive-thru is supposed to be a fast and convenient way to order food. Eventually, she agreed to give me a single sweet and sour sauce, but the overall experience was very unpleasant. Given the long wait, the cashier could have simply offered the sauce with a smile and thanked me for my patience. That would have been good customer service. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. This experience was far below expectations.

    I just came out from pick up my mobile order that took almost an hour to get ready, worst service ever it’s sad that I can’t give a 0 star in the review, I haven’t eat my food I hope is good and nothing similar to the others reviews, but damn almost one hour for get just a combo ready… 🥲

    Ordered food online, and it’s the second time it’s happened that they missed an item from the order. Last time it was chicken wings and this time it’s the drinks. How can you mess up a simple order and that too repeatedly.
