Eventually, she agreed to give me a single sweet and sour sauce, but the overall experience was very unpleasant. Given the long wait, the cashier could have simply offered the sauce with a smile and thanked me for my patience. That would have been good customer service. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. This experience was far below expectations.
