  The quality and quantity at this location were unacceptable. We were given stale burgers, the buns were hard and clearly old, and the patties were not fresh at all. When I called to complain, instead of taking responsibility, the staff brushed it off and made it a “trust” issue, saying everyone else was being served fresh food and that no one had complained. That response alone shows the lack of accountability and customer care. I ended up driving back 20 minutes just to prove a point. Horrible customer service and very poor food quality. Think twice before ordering from this location. No urgency, no resolution presented on phone, no apology only that someone will maybe reach out… Be better, do better.

  the strps were small and the fries was not fresh!!! a total ripoff for my 16 dollars and never gonna order kfc again

  Ordered 3strips combo, food was good and served fast. New supercharger dip is must try with strips.
