    Found the environment to be unkept, trays and rubbish left on tables, no one was clearing up or sweeping floors. Service was okay. Food was okay. Would not return.

    Very disappointed. It was my husband’s birthday and we ordered chocolate Oreo and when we picked up, it was strawberry vanilla cake. And when I requested for exchange, the staff was very unprofessional, confrontational and irresponsible. Truly unacceptable , staff that working there is so rude, 👎👎👎👎not recommended to any one

    Stopped in for two blizzards today and noticed I was overcharged after we left. We had ordered 1 small and 1 medium and I was charged $17. It isn’t a big difference, just a few dollars, but it is wrong. Hopefully this is just a one off and the staff don’t do this often to take advantage of customers..

    I come here all the time and usually order a signature double cheese stackburger combo from time to time. I went and ordered it again this evening (November 10th) with an offer through the app, and they gave me the regular cheeseburger that is usually only available through the kids combo, and added an extra pattie on it. I asked them why it didn't come in the container like it always usually does, and they kept trying to reason that it never did. Eventually they offered me the box and asked if I was happy then. Usually, the stackburger comes with lettuce, onions, and a tomato. The cheeseburger doesn't. So without the offer, I would have spent 9$ for this tiny thing, when you can get the meal for the same price. Usually this isn't a big deal and a simple mistake, but they kept arguing and arguing saying dumb things like "oh, it's a new thing that's only done recently","I gave you what you ordered" and so on. If that is what I ordered, the offer for the stackburger wouldn't have went through!
