I mention it to to the cashier and her supervisor says that the price went up and would not honour my email order. This is not the first time this has happened and unless they are sued, I suppose it will keep happening. Beware.

There are two large spots (refer to picture) of mold growing in the queso dip and the 3 pretzels are ice cold. I called the store and spoke to a very concerned and understanding staff member (Komal) who offered to send me a replacement, give me a discount etc. I requested for her to dispose of the molded dip and ensure not to sell it to anyone else. This batch was handled by one of her colleagues who neglected to check that there was actual mold growing in the dip. This is disappointing as I have always ordered all my families birthdays cakes and other 🍨 from this particular location and now I am not too sure I want to go back.
