I was so frustrated and grossed out that I couldn’t even finish it. This shows a serious lack of hygiene and care. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest management address this immediately. Hygiene issues like this should be taken seriously, not brushed off with automated replies.

I waited 20 minutes for a poutine, with no one there, wanting to even attempt to serve me, then the poutine itself was absolutely horrible after my long weight of absolute silence in the restaurant and nothing but humming of the machines in the back, After eating, I felt deeply saddened and I have not been able to think about anything else, but my horrible experience there for the last 30 minutes I wouldn’t recommend never stepping foot in or near this establishment. (They are Indian)

I mention it to to the cashier and her supervisor says that the price went up and would not honour my email order. This is not the first time this has happened and unless they are sued, I suppose it will keep happening. Beware.
