  I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for years, and it has always been one of my favorite spots for a quick, semi healthy meal. I usually order online, pick up, and the portions have always been consistent. Unfortunately, I’m seeing a noticeable decline in quality, especially with the online orders. Yesterday, both my wife and I ordered chicken bowls. I’m not exaggerating when I say there were maybe two or three tiny pieces of chicken in each bowl. If it was just mine, I would have assumed it was a one off mistake. But the same preparer did the exact same thing to my wife’s bowl, which makes it hard to see this as anything other than intentional portion cutting. And this isn’t the first time. The last time we ordered, we had the same issue but brushed it off as a possible mistake or a new portion guideline. This time it was unacceptable. It was barely a tablespoon of chicken. We came here for a quick and satisfying dinner, and it ended up being a disappointing experience. Chipotle did issue us two free entrées after we submitted a complaint through the app, which we appreciate. But the real concern is that this location seems to be lowering its standards, and that’s why I’m writing this review. Please fix this. Customers deserve the value they’re paying for, especially those of us who rely on the protein content and portions we expect. If this is a cost cutting tactic, it will backfire. Saving money by shorting a scoop of chicken is not worth losing loyal customers.

  Frequent visitor as i live upstairs and i ordered uber pickup. Waited a bit because went there too early but my order had wrong label so i ask the worker to double check if it's my order. They made sure my order was correct and went home. Upon opening my burrito bowl, i was missing half chicken on my order. I called and they said will remake mine and i asked when i got to the store to just give me the chicken they missed out. Turns out they remade my entire order and apologized sincerely. I wasn't expecting such geniune manner. I am greatful for fast and proper corrective action from male and female workers who worked at takeout section on Nov 4th 7:30PM. 5 stars.

  This chipotle is a joke. On top of always rushing you, and therefore often making mistakes, the service attitude is very poor. On 11/3/2025 I was told there is no lettuce as their delivery didn't come. I proceed to order, and as I'm checking out I see the one worker filling 2 burritos and a bowl in the delivery/Uber eats area with lettuce. I asked them about this and was told "they only have a little left" but could see an entire container. Was told there is nothing that can be done. No offer of alternative. It seems every time I go here there is some problem or other. Very frustrating!

  I got a bowl and asked for rice no beans he gave a good portion no problems. then i asked for the carne asada and chicken each full portions so double meat but half the steak and half the chicken. he said i can’t like what? i’ve done it many times before at all different chipotles. then the next guy i ask for hot salsa, he confirms with me 3 times if i really want hot, like yes i asked for the hot salsa multiple times please just give it to me. i think because i am a different skin colour he was assuming i did not want hot???? it was very weird, first time i’ve ever had anyone confirm about my salsa choice, was not loud in here at all so was definitely not that. also then when i asked for cheese i got the tiniest pinch of cheese ever from him, had to ask for more 2 times to get what a usual portion is. Don’t get me wrong i love chipotle, i eat at all different locations lots (ordered to go from here yesterday too!) but today i felt like the workers were the biggest let down. and icing on the cake i wanted my receipt but the cashier never offered and started doing another order on the machine right away from a co worker and ignored me.
