Decided to treat my young daughter to Chipotle for the first time and it has been awhile since I’ve had it too. The person serving us helped a lot in creating the perfect portions and gave some suggestions as it was her first time having chipotle. It wasn’t busy when we went, around 5pm. The service was excellent and the food is how I remember it. My daughter did enjoy it!

First time here, I asked for a steak burrito and then saw Asada carne on the menu a second later and asked the middle aged South Asian/Indian lady if carne Asada was available. She then proceeded to give me so much attitude basically yelling “you need to tell me burrito or bowl, meat comes later”. I was flabbergasted, I already said burrito. Anyways, I let that go and then she asked me if I want extra meat, I said “how much is it”, she said “A dollar”. I said “A dollar?, that’s good!”. Shortly after asked if I wanted cheese, guacamole and lettuce but didn’t tell me guacamole was extra when I had just asked if meat was extra.
When I get to the cashier it’s $25 for the burrito. I ask them “why is it so expensive it’s $14 on the menu plus a dollar”and then she said “oh I said eight dollar” and then her coworker told me it’s “eight dollars”. I told her co-worker that she said “a dollar” and that’s not how you say you’re supposed to say “eight dollars” (it’s plural with an s). So I politely explained this to the Indian lady and her co-worker, but her co-worker said she didn’t want to get involved. The Indian lady proceeded to get angry at me and gave insane attitude. She said “oh if you don’t want it that’s ok you can go”. Eventually she offered to make me one without the extra meat because “we don’t give out freebies”. Imagine, the attitude.
I told her “I’m not trying to get a freebie it’s my first time here, and I already explained you what the misunderstanding was”. She ignored me. Then I noticed she gave me a significantly less portion of everything the second time.
I never raised my voice and thought I was being reasonable given all the unwarranted attitude and tried to help her to understand the way she said it wasn’t correct, but seemed like she did not care. Anyways, terrible first experience and I won’t be coming back here, not sure what her problem was.

I visit this store first time luckily I go on the day of BOGO offer. An employee Rupinder who help me to make my bowls best with her perfect customer service, make my experience best. she tell me about that offer and I really appreciate her service throughout the service she has a big smile on her face and treated in polite manner. I got two bowls with full of healthy ingredients. Now onwards this is becoming my favourite place to have something good and because before that I never see any customer support like this

Good location, bad service
I was in a good mood today, so i didn't want to argue with this lady.
Its BOGO ugly sweater, it was extremely cold so I had my jacket on.
At checkout, she gave me the price of two, so i asked her kindly if it was BOGO.
Before i could explain, she came up with snarky remarks along the lines of "how would i know, i cant see it, etc..." - 🙄 type of attitude. I explained that it was cold so i had my jacket on, and i could show her.
She went on saying "ill give you it", before i zipped down my jacket. The whole process, I treated them nicely with please, and thank you. She replied as if I was questioning her service (probably an ego/racist issue)
What really pisses me off is the people in front of me, who clearly wasnt wearing a sweater gotten the discount automatically (no ask). I was clearly targeted, and had to endure her disgusting attitude.
Furthermore, the amount i got wasnt even full... definitely prefer the Metrotown location than here

This place has gone into the dump.
I came yesterday during dinner time for a bowl and it was noticeably busy inside.
The problem came when I was ordering, the workers rushed my order, scooping way too fast, spilling food everywhere and giving me tiny portions.
She was rushing so bad to get to the end of the line, I ended with tiny portions of rice, I kid you not 4 pinto beans, and a handful of chicken. What a joke. I don’t care that there’s a bit of a line but the fact that the workers were so inconsiderate and not mindful with what they were doing was terrible.
Everyone there needs to be re-trained. What a joke.
Why am I paying for 2 small scoops of rice, 4 beans, and a little bit of chicken?
