Worst experience ever!
I am a religious person and I strictly follow a vegetarian diet. Because of that, I trusted Chipotle to provide safe vegetarian options. I clearly ordered a veggie bowl, expecting that my food would be completely meat-free.
Unfortunately, they put meat inside my vegetarian bowl. This is not just a small mistake for someone who follows religious dietary rules, this is extremely upsetting and disrespectful. I trusted them with something very important to me, and they completely failed. Im very disappointed!!

I had a really disappointing experience today. There seemed to be one new employee doing all the actual work while the rest of the staff avoided helping customers. Three employees were standing around checking ingredient levels instead of assisting, leaving the new guy overwhelmed.
I don’t blame the new employee at all—but my burrito ended up completely disheveled, torn, and poorly wrapped. To make matters worse, I was charged for guacamole I didn’t ask for, and all the ingredients were jumbled together from the amount of times they transferred over the contents of my burrito to a new tortilla. The burrito was such a mess that I asked for a bag, and instead of being understanding, the staff gave me attitude, questioning why I didn’t say something sooner and pointing out that the bag costs 25 cents.
I wouldn’t have needed a bag if my burrito had been made properly in the first place. Overall, the lack of teamwork, poor customer service, and careless handling of my order made this a really unpleasant experience.

Absolutely great service! Better than most units in Vancouver. Place is clean, organized, and staff is super friendly and generous with the ingredients. Great bang for the buck as usual in Chipotle restaurants.

I ordered a Steak Rice Bowl through the app, and—can you believe it?—the steak was missing! I called the restaurant and a woman picked up, then told me to hold. No one ever came back; she just hung up the phone. I know it wasn’t a connection issue because I tried calling from another phone and the line was busy. It felt intentional. If you’re reading this, I’m STILL on the line as I post! That’s how terrible your service is.
Update: Someone picked up the phone and then hung up at exactly 10:57pm. You’re out at 11pm, right? Scamming is the only thing these type of individuals are good at.

Always looked forward to eating Chipotle, however it wasn’t the same today.
The portion are 2/3 of what it used to be, and they ran out of lettuce. I told the staff that I’m willing to wait until they restock but they told me that they’re completely out for the day.
Lettuce being one of the most important ingredients of Chipotle shouldn’t be out of stock. Or if for some reason they are out, then they should at least put a memo or tell the customers beforehand, so they can decide to not order.
That wasn’t the case today, and I’m left with a small portion meal where I paid the same price.
Service is still good as usual and the atmosphere is what you would expect for a fast food restaurant in metrotown.
