Food was truly disappointing today. This will be my last time visiting the restaurant. Ordering the tacos is pointless, the amount of protein is very small.

It likely would have been faster for me to place an online order while waiting in the lineup inside, than the time it took to wait and order my food. There were 6 people working, but only 1 person who was filling orders. The lineup inside was very long. There seemed to be two dedicated person to skip the dishes, which went way faster than the actual in person line. So it's a trade-off between having better skip the dishes/door dash reviews vs in person reviews and service. I feel bad for the 10-15 people behind me and how long they had to wait. In terms of food quality, it was good. Not exceptional in taste, but fresh as there were several cooks replenishing items. The workers seemed nice and were polite. But overall not run efficiently as one person was always on the till, who could have been making food as well.

Left more than a bitter taste. After patiently waiting over 10 minutes (was told to wait 5) for steak to come out, I got the receipt and noticed I was overcharged. I asked them why and they said they got the wrong order. How? It's Chipotle and you choose what you want. Not to mention it was the smallest burrito I had seen at any other location. Instead of simply giving back the difference, they didn't do a thing and they took the burrito back. I had no choice but to get a refund and leave with nothing. What a disappointing experience. Good thing it wasn't one of my mystery shopping days.

Was pretty good but not filling and considering what I paid wasn't a good value. I did notice inconsistencies some people got lucky and got bigger portions. I ordered their new promotion steak with special sauce bowl. Sauce was good but unfortunately I was still hungry after paying $23 for entree and Coke.

A solid location to put a Chipotle, high traffic area which means that the service you get is quite underwhelming (if you're ordering online).
Portion wise, they tend to always be on the lighter side (even when asking for extra) but the people are friendly and helpful.
Overall though, the flavour is there, the cooks are doing a great job and the seasoning is always on point.
