Oh boy where do I even start. The food was actually good. But what ruined my experience, were two women standing at the cash register doing absolutely nothing while their coworkers were doing their best for our order while being friendly. When we were about to pick our order, these two “ladies” had such a mean attitude towards us, even though we were nothing but respectful towards them. I would have appreciated the experience a lot more if the cashiers were as nice as the person making our order. Thank you.

When you order for pick up, you get exactly what you see in the image attached. It's not their first time, it usually looks worse. But when you order on the spot, the food is overflowing the bowl. Chipotle, especially this location, you can do better.

First time trying Chipotle turns out to be my last time.
1. Gave me someone else order instead of mine. I just realized after i already finished.
2. I ordered to pick up my food, since its my first time at Chipotle so i didnt know where to pick up my food. I kindly asked the two employees at the cashier but they just gave me a look ( Chipotle hired deaf and mute employees ?)

I attempted to pay for my order with a Metrotown gift card since the Metrotown website states that chipotle accept it, however when I tried to pay the woman at the cash register said they don’t accept that method. Not sure if that’s an error on Metrotown end, but because the staff was rushing me throughout the order (took about a minute from start to finish) it leads me to believe they are simply too lazy to go through the processes of running a gift card. The service is not good and though I understand it is a busy environment, staff need to have more care with their job

Yesterday, went to restaurant at night likely near by 8pm. I ordered a veggie bowl and there were 4 staff members, everyone was polite asked for the item I needed to put in bowl but one who was standing near by cashier station. I told her, I don’t need lettuce in my bowl but she still added it. When I said I don’t ask for it, she refuse to accept her mistake and blame me. After, even showed me attitude and give looks. I usually, visit 5-6 times in a month but never get such looks. Plz traine your staff to show politeness. Otherwise, food was good.
