  I have not been to Mucho burrito in about 1.5 years but I used to frequent this location for many years… The chicken was incredible. It tasted like it was just off the barbeque big chunks of chicken breast nice and smoky off the grill… Chunks of mango nice fresh rice and good sauces nice fresh green lettuce… And then it was a nice deep bowl that you would get it in… Then once you had paid, there was an array of hot sauces that you could choose from to add to your meal to have great flavor… The chicken honestly I question if it’s even actually chicken, it was flavourless and Squishy… The mango was like purée. then on top of that, they don’t even have any of the hot sauces anymore… I literally took one bite and it was so squishy and mushy and disgusting so I took it back up to the counter. I called one girl from the back.… And for some reason, it was necessary for three people to come up from the back and just stand there and stare at me when I had already explained everything to the one girl… Like they were expecting me to take a bow after explaining everything that was completely unsatisfactory… I don’t know if ownership has changed or they have just decided to go with cheaper quality ingredients… Also that new little shallow bowl that is not the same amount that you were getting with the previous bowl but good try convincing a customer who used to eat there all the time. While what I was assuming was the manager first Tried to give me a gift card… Why wouldn’t want a gift card I’m disgusted with what was just given to me… like did they even listen to me?. Then he started talking on his cell phone and asked me if I could wait.!!!!! Finally, he did the refund and I left… It used to be amazing. I will not be returning.

  First time trying today and really glad I did. Workers were very kind and helpful. Tastes just as great as Chiptole but what's way better is that they have vegan options. The Shitake vegan alternative was yummy and dairy free cheese was awesome....bc of these vegan options this will be my go to place for burritos from now on.

  0 stars if that was an option. I came to this Mucho Burrito a couple months ago and gave it 5 stars, which makes today’s experience even more embarrassing for this location. I ordered a bowl and was told I’d be charged extra just for asking for extra pico de gallo and avocado lime sauce in my bowl, something I’ve never been charged for at any other Mucho Burrito. When I pointed that out, the employee immediately changed her answer saying okay. So… were you guessing or just making up prices? On top of that the rice was undercooked some hard pieces were in my bowl. The customer service was awful, No consistency, no accountability, no care. By far the worst Mucho Burrito location I’ve ever been to. Safe to say they lost a returning customer.

  I ordered the new item in menu "The Big Love" and after doing my selection which includes everything and 2x steak i recieved the burrito that ony has rice and steak in it? I was no sauce of any kind inside. Just rice and steak. I ordered this so i could try something new and with the double up sauce in the description but im not sure exactly going on but this is beyond absurd. Who orders burrito with just rice and meat with no any sauce and or anything.

  Extremely unprofessional behavior from staff, they told me it will take 2 mins & then take 20 mins to make the order. when asking for professional service they said its not a big deal
