- MFMacarena Fuentes6 days ago1.0Unfortunately im not able to give less than a star. The flavors is nothing like Mexican. Actually taste more like an Indian food. You either use Mexican seasoning or change the name to Chipotle Indian grill.

The first guy didn't even finish asking me what beans I wanted yet, and she's already asking me what protein I wanted. Then she begins condescendingly talking to me like I'm deaf or slow when I'm telling her I want medium salsa. Customer service isn't for everyone, especially not for this employee. Will not return.

I was told that in order to receive a refund, I needed to place a new order at the correct location myself. This policy already seems unreasonable. When I attempted to do so, the system would not allow it because the correct location was about to close within 10 minutes. The next day, I contacted support again. Although I was connected to a live agent, the responses felt scripted and repetitive, offering no real help. I was told to place a new order the following day and that they would process the refund afterward. Today, I followed those instructions and placed a new order—only to be told that the refund request must be made on the same day as the original order. This directly contradicts what I was told previously. Now, instead of resolving the issue, I’ve been advised to dispute the charge with my bank. As a result, I’ve had to place additional orders just to get my food, which I never intended to do in the first place. Overall, this experience reflects inconsistent policies, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. Very disappointing.
