  I told the lady server who asked customers for their preferences - "not the black one (for the beans)." It's fast paced so she might not have heard me right. I said something after the fact, yet she didn't say/do anything. My appetite was ruined for the food she mixed-in that I don't like.

  I used to enjoy this place, but my recent experience was disappointing. The food quality has declined, portions are noticeably smaller, and the Guacamole tasted diluted. It didn’t feel like the same standard as before. I hope they improve, but for now I won’t be returning.

  I've ordered Chipotle across multiple locations in the Vancouver Metro area and this location is my favourite. The workers are always kind, the place is always clean, and even when they're really busy, they are efficient and quick with their service. I never worry about portion sizes as they never skimp out, especially when I ask for double through the app.

  If you check other Google reviews for the past 2 months, you’ll see other people mention that this location ran out of lettuce. As seen in the attached photo, the small portion in the bowl is what I was given; I didn’t even start eating it yet. I can understand if a restaurant starts running low on ingredients near the end of the day, but they were already out of lettuce at 8:00 PM, even though they close at 11:00 PM today. Running out of lettuce at least 3 hours before closing, even though it occurred before in the past couple of months?! I would have assumed that such a massive corporation like Chipotle would know how to avoid such repeat problems.

  Incompetent. No customer service skills. Not enough staff for the volume of traffic in store. I hate to bring this onto here but your online feedback form is also an absolute joke, only 200 characters to write my feedback and no way for me to even leave my info. I placed my online pickup order for 8:20 pm, I arrived at the store at 8:22 and there is nothing on the pickup shelf so I wait by the pickup/delivery station to be assisted. I am not acknowledged. After waiting around for 5-10 minutes the girl there finally asks what I’m waiting for and I tell her my name for pickup. She tells me she doesn’t have that order and goes back to what she’s doing. I wait around for an other while. Finally a second employee comes by and asks what I’m waiting for, I tell her I have a pickup order for 8:20 but the other girl can’t find it. She says she remembers my name and goes to the computer to check. She tells me it’s already been made… well I don’t have it, and it’s not here so? She goes back to consult with the other employee and then comes back and tells me she’ll remake my order (as if she’s doing me a favour?) Finally I get my order at 8:48pm with just a “thanks for waiting” (did I have a choice?) I get home and of course the entire meal is rushed, wrong type of beans, missing cheese, the smallest portion of protein I have ever seen. Nearly $40 just to wait around for almost 30 minutes for a subpar meal and no acknowledgment or apology from the staff. What a lovely experience.
