- JWJON WORKMar 19, 20261.0used to love the one in AB but this one has removed all the good options to put on your food. we stopped coming as every time we ordered there and came after the app said they never have started our order... usually managers are chatting away about personal stuff and the person at the bottom of the totem pole is sweeping and cleaning the floors. I had to wait for them to finish their chat before they even acknowledged i was there and then one of them would start making the order. whats the point of ordering in advance if this is the junk service you get. wont be back!

Zero customer service and no smile. Also they aren’t educated on their own deals and yelled at me at their location today. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, charged me for extra salsa without providing it, and the food was mediocre. After 6 years of being a customer I will not be coming back. They clearly need to be trained on customer service because for the price they’re charging, the service should be impeccable.
