  Burgers were stacked in a messy manner. Berry pie filling were leaking out of their boxes. Spotted a fly and men’s room stall door lock was broken. Fries were hot and service was good though…

  Visited the McDonald’s at 34618 Delair Road, Abbotsford (Store #6605) on March 8, 2026 around 12:30 AM. Ordered: Large Fries, Double Fish Fillet, and two McVeggie sandwiches. The moment the employee handed me the paper bag it completely ripped apart and everything spilled onto the ground. I handed it back and they remade the entire order, but it took a full 10 minutes and held up the entire drive-thru line. The replacement food was abysmal — the fries were soggy and undercooked, and both sandwiches were absolutely drowning in way too much sauce. Even worse, staff deliberately left out the receipt on BOTH the original and replacement orders. This felt like a deliberate attempt to avoid accountability and stop customers from complaining. When I called the restaurant later to get the receipt details for an official complaint, I only got an automated message saying they’re “not taking calls at the moment.” Extremely disappointing experience. Late-night service should still be reliable, not this chaotic and evasive. I’ve already submitted a formal complaint through McDonald’s Canada and hope the store manager addresses these issues. Would not recommend until quality and basic procedures improve.

  Honestly, this specific McDonald's location just sucks. I don’t usually complain about fast food, but this was a really disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, especially from who I assume was the manager. They were dismissive and came across as rude when I asked a simple question about my order. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional. On top of that, the food was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. I don’t expect anything amazing, but I do expect warm food and basic courtesy. Definitely not a great experience at this location.
