  I went there to order food and use the washroom after a concert. They said the washrooms were closed. I am not sure why you wouldn’t let customers use the washroom.

  The most consistent thing about this place is that there’s an issue every time. Last time I ordered I was missing a large fries, second time around I was missing a mcflurry. Literally the only thing I was really looking forward to. Both times, my food was thrown into the bag like fedex handles fragile glass. This place needs a total restructure. Don’t recommend.

  I went to order at the drive through and the lady was kinda rude and hurt my feelings so I drove away and didn’t got food. Still kinda sad

  Specifically mentioned that we only needed a burger with a chicken patty and cheese, but instead we received beef. How hard is it to follow such a simple request? Very disappointing service. It’s a waste of time to keep going again and again to fix their mistakes.

  As soon as we walked in, the lady at the counter started yelling at us to close the door, even though it is automatic and closes by itself. So the welcome was already very unpleasant. Then we ordered takeout, but the same lady made a mistake and put our order as dine-in. We calmly told her it was supposed to be takeout. She came back rolling her eyes, gave us the bag but also handed us the tray to “fix” the mistake that she made herself. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE RESTAURANT, SO SHE COULD HAVE DONE HER JOB WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. Maybe you should start explaining basic politeness to your employees, because in the restaurant industry that should be the minimum. The incident happened on March 7, 2026 at 7:40 PM.
