  n order for two burgers and a drink, and I was asked to wait. I ended up waiting for approximately 25 minutes without receiving my food. Due to the long delay, I requested a refund, as I no longer wished to continue waiting. At that point, a staff member informed me that my order would be ready in just two minutes and encouraged me to wait instead of processing the refund. I noticed a lack of proper coordination among the team members. It appeared that the shift was being handled by a staff member named Gurjot, who did not seem to have sufficient support or leadership guidance. I also felt that more priority was being given to drive-thru customers, while those ordering inside the restaurant were not being attended to in a timely or professional manner. This experience was quite disappointing, and I hope you will take appropriate steps to improve customer service and ensure better management.

  Like we ordered a meal but the staff is that much dumb i faced this thing so many times before wherever i ordered food from here always the order isn’t complete every-time they miss an item or gave wrong like i got poutine but for the utensil i have to wait for at least 20 mins . Service isn’t good don’t order from here .

  Worst customer service ever. I went to the drive thru at midnight and ordered a mcveggie burger, coke and habanero dip. Instead of the mcveggie burger, they gave me a mccripsy instead, they gave me sprite instead of coke and didn’t put the habanero dip in the bag. When I asked the girl for the dip, she gave me attitude even though I told her that i’ll pay for it if she hasn’t charged me that already. The staff was just busy chit chatting with each other instead of paying attention to the customers order.

  Not a 24/7 drive through. Twice in a row they told me their "system is resetting" so they couldn't take my order. If you need coffee very early in the morning you're better off going to a gas station.

  I had an outstanding experience at the Mt. Lehman McDonald’s in Abbotsford this morning, largely thanks to the excellent customer service provided by Avneet in the drive-thru. It was easily the best drive-thru experience I’ve had. Avneet was incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly. To top it off, the order was perfect and 100% accurate. If you're looking for great service, this is the place to go. Thanks, Avneet!
