When I called them to tell about the issues, a girl on the call didn’t take any accountability and started talking rudely. Never happened this before but this time it was too much.

When I proceeded with the checkout the deal did not apply and I asked them if I was doing something wrong, the staff Just said oh the deal does not start till next Monday ! It doesn’t say that on the offer in the app . It says it expires Nov 9 2025. I asked them if they would honour it and they said no ! It’s not my fault They should honour it !
