There was a customer in the store who was having problems with their gift card payments, and the staff was helpful and kind in resolving the issue. I don’t know her name, but she was so kind and patient with me. I don’t hear well anymore, and she repeated everything with a sweet smile, never rushing me even though people were waiting. When I asked for chocolate milk, she saw that I would struggle to bend down, so she picked it up herself and brought it right to my table. Such kindness is rare these days. My wife always talks about a sweet girl working here—now I know exactly who she meant. You know I don’t know how to write reviews but she was so nice with me that’s why I asked my daughter to write this on behalf of me from my phone because she deserves this. Thank you, dear. You made an old man’s day. I’ll be back because of you. 💛

- AAAngelaNov 12, 20251.0Went to this subway because I was running late, they opened at 7am got there at 7:06 am lady wasn’t ready door locked, the oven still wasn’t on, the lady was still getting dressed and when she went to wash her hands she didn’t even use soap just a quick dip in the water not even 5 seconds and she was done washing her hands. I ended up leaving and went to other subway. I ended up being late because this lady doesn’t understand health and safety or what time the store opens.
