Never once messed up my order after 2 years of going there but I've seen others give them crap because they didn't meet the exact perfect expectations of their preferred sandwich without making coherent specifications first. Be reasonable, sympathetic, and treat them like human beings and you'd probably have the same experience I do when i go to subway.

A unique thing I noticed is that the staff take extra care of preventing cross-contamination. Being a vegetarian, I feel extra assured that I'll be receiving food that's prepared with consideration. I also appreciate that I get suggestions to try out new things that have been introduced to their menu. I don't always take them up on it, but the extra step of effort they take in doing so is awesome. I'm sure I don't have to state the obvious, but yes I will be returning! 😁
