Long story short I asked for tuna melt and the lady didn’t even spread out the cheese or veggies on footlong they were all on one side. When it was being cut I asked her to cut it in half t ice for my kids for school. One side had all the toppings and was bigger other side had nothing. Like come on you want more then minimum wage but can’t even top or cut a sandwhich

In the meantime another customer had walked in. The employee says 2 minutes... then proceeds to go and help the other customer. She starts making her order. 20 minutes later I am still there (my fault for being patient)! She is still looking after the other customer. In the meantime my sandwiches have gotten cold. So I get up and say forget it, I'm leaving... she has the nerve to say 2 minutes. No, I am not waiting 2 more minutes. You should have been trying to get your machine going instead of helping another customer. Terrible customer service Subway. I will never go back to this location again

Then another customer walks in. She asks if I can wait 2 minutes. Fine.... 20 minutes later I am still sitting there while she is making sandwiches for the other customer. That is not cool! So I get up and say forget it, I am leaving. She has the never to say 2 minutes please. No, not 2 minutes please.... the sandwiches had been sitting for 20 minutes already, I wasn't waiting another 20 for her to try to figure it out.
- NANoel AlsopSep 25, 20251.0Went to TRY to place order, it took a while to get through the making part, and then when time to pay, system won't take our gift card, which was from family, and the system goes down, but instead of fixing it and helping us who were there first, the clerk goes to help the person after us, which smelled of racism, I hate that it even felt like we were second class. We ended up waiting TWENTY MORE MINUTES and still not helping us at which point the sandwiches are likely cold, and we ended up leaving without anything. Best avoid this location...
