Felt very rushed, and like an inconvenience even though it was just us in the store. Very skimpy on the meats assuming due to not caring and just wanting to go home.
Do better. This is honestly one of the worst subway experiences you will probably have in Abbotsford.

I always have such an amazing experience and Raman is always so kind and caring!
If you are looking for a go to subway, others can be hit or miss but this one is always the best!! So consistent and always so friendly

Today, around 1 PM, I visited Subway and ordered three subs — one Pizza Sub and two BMTs with extra bacon. There were two girls working there; one seemed to be a senior staff member (possibly the owner or manager).
The way they handled everything was absolutely amazing. Even after I had already paid, I asked to add extra toppings. I also requested the subs to be toasted separately, and I asked twice. Not once did the employee show any frustration on her face. She stayed calm, polite, and professional the entire time.
I asked her to add bacon — first 4 strips, then 4 more — and she just smiled and followed exactly what I asked for. She treated me so nicely and made the experience really pleasant.
Later, while I was scrolling through the page as I was about to go out for dinner, I realized I had missed my lunch meal. That’s when I thought a positive review was definitely deserved for such great service.
At the end, I asked about cookies, and she politely explained the payment situation in such a kind way. I truly loved the way she spoke and handled everything.
Both ladies were fantastic. This was a very positive experience. Usually, it’s not always like this when I visit, but today the customer service was exceptional. Great job and thank you for such wonderful service!

Ordered one footlong egg & cheese and one pizza footlong. I was charged incorrectly, extra meat was added and the order was entered as ham instead of egg & cheese because the staff member couldn’t find it in the system. She apologized and explained she was still in training. I genuinely felt for her, as she was left alone to manage the store, which isn’t fair to a trainee.
Also noticed around 8:30am that bread and cookies from the previous day were being served. Most Subway locations bake fresh in the morning, so this was disappointing.
When I asked for a refund for the overcharge, I was told to leave my email for an e-transfer later, but I requested a cash refund instead.
Nothing against the employee, this is more about management providing better training, support, and food quality standards.
