I was there and bought a sub today and when I asked for a cup for tap water, I was told you no longer have cups for that, and I would have to purchase a drink. This is such a simple courtesy that you cannot be bothered to provide while your competitors all do. I will no longer be coming to your subway as I have for years. Save your .12 cents and loose yet another customer.
