- MMMiss M5 days ago5.0This is my go to store. I just like it. Everything is well laid out; it’s clean; not too big and chaotic. Prices are higher relative to superstore but I don’t like how huge superstore is and having to pack your own stuff and the zoo of it so I really just prefer Save On in every way. Deli is better. Fresh food is better. I like their produce better. Store is cleaner. It just is good and I like it :) what else is there to say?!

I was struggling to find Maggi noodles and had already asked a few people, but only got directions instead of actual help. Kingston was different. He truly listened to me, walked with me to check the aisle, and when he couldn’t find it right away, he went back to the admin office to confirm the exact location. He then personally took me to the noodles and made sure I had what I needed. His communication, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile were exceptional. Employees like Kingston are rare, he represents what great customer service should be. SaveOn Foods should never let this guy go. He honestly deserves recognition or a promotion.
