After completing my purchase, as I was backing up my car in the parking lot, a staff member approached me and accused me of not paying, saying my card didn’t go through. She repeatedly demanded to see my receipt, which made me feel uncomfortable and harassed. As a regular customer, I expected to be treated with more respect and courtesy. I hope the store can handle situations like this more professionally in the future.

I went in and went through self check out with my husband and daughter on the weekend ,I had a few price matches,while the self check out employee was doing the price matches a lady at customer service named Kiran came over abruptly and cut us off during conversation and was extremely rude and said you can not price match that we don’t price match other store memberships prices. The employee and myself didn’t know that so I said I didn’t want the items any longer Kiran took them and walked away with a smirk on her face and started laughing and talking amongst other employees at the customer service desk. I was appalled by the situation first off to come over and embarrass the employee and make a scene over a price match we didn’t even ask for help on is uncalled for. I have had many other situations like this happen with Kiran in the past she always tends to find any reason not to do a price match for us when we come in. I had asked to speak to the manager when he showed up I told him what happened and he seemed to not care.Was told by this employee to call head office since they have had issues with her in the past and a lot of people didn’t like her so I called head office explained what happened and they said that they would deal with it and have the head manager Brett call me and I never heard from him. Very unprofessional! I have never experienced such horrible customer service from an employee and management! I will never be back!
