One of the employees asked us to leave as we were standing eating our food as there were no places to sit and got mad at us. She then criticized us for not buying food even though every person had bought something (about 15 people). She was very crass and rude to us. Will not be back.
One of the employees told us to leave after we bought meals because we were standing and “in the way”. It was busy and no spots to sit and still complained to us.

I normally don’t expect fine dining from a fast‑food restaurant, but I do expect basic competence, hot food, and reasonable service. Unfortunately, my experience at this location today was genuinely awful.
I stopped in because it was convenient while waiting to pick up a family member after their shift. I ordered a Bacon Crispy Chicken Deluxe, a Cheeseburger, and a Junior Chicken with bacon meal with large fries and a drink. It took 25 minutes just to receive my order.
When I sat down, the first thing I noticed was that the fries were stone cold and completely inedible. I went to the counter to exchange or refund them. They handed me a replacement that was warm enough to eat but still not fresh. I ate them quickly, already knowing the rest of my food was cooling off.
Sure enough, the sandwiches were lukewarm. Worse, when I opened my Crispy Chicken sandwich, it wasn’t even the right one. The correct sandwich was still sitting on their warmer—over 30 minutes old—and that’s what they handed me when I went back up.
The lack of organization, training, and attention to basic standards here is honestly shocking. After today, I understand why this is the lowest‑rated location in the city. It’s embarrassing that a family member of mine works here, because when I worked at McDonald’s 23 years ago, this level of service would never have been acceptable.
I won’t be returning, and frankly, I don’t expect management will do much about it, as they seem to be lacking training and accountability as well.

Went there today asked four the 4 dollar special breakfast sausage sandwich did it have egg? No was the response. So asked for sausage and egg and hash brown and small coffee. now its 8.75 with tax. no reciept given, asked why lady smiled ignored me. waited short time ended up with an egg mcmuffin no sausage, hash brown, and not very good coffee. and no reciept . paid cash. Will not revist this location . Some people complain like there is a reward for it. I am not one of those. Just very disappointed.

I understand and support the intent behind reducing single-use plastics, and I appreciate that McDonald’s is working within current legislation. That said, the current paper straws are simply not fit for purpose — especially for the shake program.
Between the straw softening almost immediately and the excessive air intake, it becomes nearly impossible to get a proper draw on a milkshake. The straw collapses, air rushes in, and very little product actually comes through. It completely mars the drinking experience.
There are alternative straw solutions on the market today that are more durable, compostable, or hybrid-based and perform significantly better than the current paper option — even if traditional plastic is off the table.
I hope McDonald’s revisits this and tests better-performing alternatives. Sustainability matters, but so does functionality. Right now, the straw is the weak link in an otherwise solid offering.
