The employees will laugh at your face if you go in to confront them about the wrong order! They have messed up my order multiple times in the past and today I have finally decided to leave a review as there are only 4 chicken nuggets in a box that even says 6 on the top as I had ordered 6 nuggets but i guess it doesn’t matter as it seems to be the norm here now! Well done mcdonalds for rectifying and improving—— not! Highly NOT recommend!

- HSHarmanjeet SinghOct 12, 20251.0I went through the drive-through the order of the meal from the McDonald’s and the first window took the payment from me and I got the confirmation like the payment is deducted from my account and even the window one whoever was working, confirming the payment has been made, but when I went to pick up my order and they said the payment didn’t go through and even I show them the transaction history like the payment done it from my end that’s your issue and they were complaining like they can’t give me the food until I met the second payment and forced me to do it very very bad. Behave by the McDonald’s staff and they said end of the month you can check your transaction if you didn’t get the refund I can come back and get the refund. That’s not good for me. I am living in surrey and this McDonald’s is in Abbotsford and they want me to come 40 km to get my $13 refund.
