That’s why we’re there. Let us tell you what we want. Stop trying to sell us stuff that we don’t want start you off with two apple pies. It’s very nervous. What’s more horrible and nervous is when you get your breakfast and you ask for pancakes and sausages with bacon and extra sausage, you come to your office to have your breakfast quickly to see you only have one piece of bacon, which is cut in half for some reason so now you only have half of bacon they didn’t put the hashbrowns in the bag and I don’t know. Why would they feel someone needed to take a bite out of the pancake absolutely disgusting.

I've visited about five times in the last year, and others I know have had similar issues at this location. It's frustrating because even when it's not busy, they can't manage to get the orders right. The service is incredibly slow… and they make you wait, even though there's nobody else in line or waiting. You can see employees on their phones laughing amongst each other then without washing their hands they go to make the burgers after using their personal phone. When I finally received my food, the order was completely wrong. They apologize as if it's super busy, but how can you be so careless as to get the entire order wrong? I ordered a burger combo, and they missed items and gave me a burger I didn't order. If it were a busy time, it might be understandable, but what excuse does this location have? Other McDonald's locations in Abbotsford do an amazing job, even when busy. This location's employees need to be reviewed to improve service quality. It's disappointing to have this experience consistently.
