When the driver dropped it off, I asked where my coffee was, and he told me it was inside the large paper bag. After he left, I opened it to find the coffee cup on its side, having spilled about a quarter of the drink all over the bottom of the bag. The liquid had soaked through the second bag containing my food, leaving everything — burritos and hashbrowns — completely covered and dripping with coffee. When I requested a refund through SkipTheDishes, I only received about one-third of what I paid back. Honestly, who in their right mind thinks it’s a good idea to toss a hot coffee into the same paper bag as the food? It’s careless and shows zero common sense. Clearly, this McDonald’s doesn’t care about their customers or the quality of what they’re sending out. I’ll never order from this location again, and I definitely won’t be visiting in person. The lack of care and customer service here is absolutely unacceptable.

The manager was rude and unprofessional, she was on her phone and didn't even listen to my order properly. She's Punjabi and Her name is ARSH, and there was no greeting.
