  Worst customer service. Even when you order just a coffee, they won’t serve you within 3–4 minutes. The staff is always busy talking to each other unnecessarily, and they don’t care about dine-in customers at all. I go there almost every day, and it’s the same situation every time—nothing unusual anymore. Their McVeggie is also really bad. They don’t seem to know how much sauce a burger needs; it’s either completely dry or has barely any sauce. Walmart McDonald’s burgers are way better with the perfect amount of sauce. They really need to take some steps to improve.

  I ordered food in drive thru and when I got to the window and paid, I asked how much a large iced tea was and was told $3.15. I asked for no ice which the lady confirmed no ice and I paid. At the second window I received my food then waited for the drink. I mentioned I ordered a large iced tea. The lady did not look friendly and said I ordered a medium and handed me a medium. I said I would pay the difference but I wanted a large. She said she didn’t know the difference. I gave her an extra $1 anyways and when she handed me the drink it was half ice. I said I asked for no ice but the look on her face was telling me she didn’t care or the original order didn’t say it. There were hardly any cars in the drive thru. And this isn’t the first time I’ve gone thru and had service like that. It makes it hard to want to come back and support the location when I often go later at night and don’t entirely want to drive across town. Please make sure people who run the service counters confirm orders or at least have skills in customer service. Because It isn’t fair that I get looked at like I’m the problem when I was clear about my order and the misunderstanding was on their end.

  Absolutely do not go through the drive thru, uneducated, unprofessional and always miss something or old and cold

  Horrible Experience at this location! I ordered McVeggie burger and got Mccrispy chicken ! Wasted my break time from work. Would never be back at this location!

  So here is the story... I live locally and come here daily for coffee for work. It's about 50/50 if they get my coffee order right every day some of the staff are on the ball the rest could care less. For the last 2 weeks every single day I have asked them to clean the debit machine because it's either oreo Mcflurry or bird poop... legit for 2 weeks every day i have asked them to wipe the machine because it's disgusting. After 14 days im posting here because if they aren't doing a simple task like cleaning a gross debit machine when asked every day what else is being neglected... it's bad enough they can't get my coffee order right but simple hygiene is where I draw the line
