  This was the absolute worst experience, not only did none of the staff know how to use their own app they were also extremely impatient with my father and just kept walking away from us saying someone else would need to help. 100% would not recommend going here if you want any sort of competent or courteous help.

  This is the closest McDonald’s to my house and unfortunately the one where the vagrants can sit indoors, charge their power tools, take up the bathroom and the staff does nothing about it. I went in with my family for a quick bite to eat and decided to dine in. Upon entering, it smelled like the floors have not been cleaned and the vagrants have been looming around. (I completely understand it was cold and it would be nice to stay indoors, but a fast food place isn’t it) We ordered through the kiosk and when our food came, our food was just thrown on the counter. It’s shocking to see the staff there eating behind the line, right next to the food that’s being prepared. Extremely disappointing.

  Service sucks more so when busy. When the lobby is slow, its a vagrant hangout. Sorry, is that just the status quo now?

  When we were placing our order at the drive-thru, the employee on the intercom was not clear in his communication. We had to repeat our order multiple times, which resulted in some confusion and delay. It felt as though there was a lack of attention to detail or effort in ensuring the order was understood correctly. Clear communication is essential, especially in a fast-food setting, and this left us feeling frustrated right from the start. When we arrived at the pickup window, we were greeted by an employee who, although seemed busy talking and giggling with her coworker in her native language, took quite a long time to recognize us or acknowledge our presence. It felt as though we were being ignored, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, when we requested an extra cup, the employee, whose name we believe is Simran, responded in a very unprofessional manner. She rolled her eyes at the request, which was both unnecessary and rude. This type of behavior is not acceptable in customer service, as it negatively impacts the overall customer experience. Professionalism and respect are essential, and unfortunately, this interaction did not reflect the standards I expect from a McDonald's employee. The manger and owners should take action against these types of employees will reflect the reputation they f their business. I was not happy with this experience at all.
