    When we were placing our order at the drive-thru, the employee on the intercom was not clear in his communication. We had to repeat our order multiple times, which resulted in some confusion and delay. It felt as though there was a lack of attention to detail or effort in ensuring the order was understood correctly. Clear communication is essential, especially in a fast-food setting, and this left us feeling frustrated right from the start. When we arrived at the pickup window, we were greeted by an employee who, although seemed busy talking and giggling with her coworker in her native language, took quite a long time to recognize us or acknowledge our presence. It felt as though we were being ignored, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, when we requested an extra cup, the employee, whose name we believe is Simran, responded in a very unprofessional manner. She rolled her eyes at the request, which was both unnecessary and rude. This type of behavior is not acceptable in customer service, as it negatively impacts the overall customer experience. Professionalism and respect are essential, and unfortunately, this interaction did not reflect the standards I expect from a McDonald's employee. The manger and owners should take action against these types of employees will reflect the reputation they f their business. I was not happy with this experience at all.

    Came here twice in last week at 4 am (today Oct 27) to to get a coffee “we’re sorry we are closed” - when I can clearly see staff members friends sitting inside. Hopefully a manager sees this

    Every second day there is a problem with the order, either completely wrong or just slightly altered. Everyday is a simple order, coffee 3 cream. Wait times before 6 am are usually not good sometimes up to 15 minutes.
