  Pretty slow service tonight, trying a premier burger and im waiting after i paid. Burger king is across the street. I might just go there next time. Ive been coming to this place for years. After waiting putaide i had to come in a remind them of my order

  Old lady that works the window never knows how to do her job. And makes rude comments under her breath. Tried handing her cash to take a little money off and then said I’d pay the rest on debit and she just looked so confused and said “huh?” “What?” and gives a rude look. And after I paid she mumbled “makes no sense”. I don’t know how she’s still employed after all this time. This isn’t the first time she’s made dumb and rude comments for no reason. She also has told me that my order was weird even though I just got a regular item menu. Who says that to a customer at all?! Let alone it being a regular sandwich with no changes.

  ​"I live nearby and visit this location frequently—I really want them to be my go-to spot. Generally, the staff is doing okay, but there is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to coffee consistency and night-shift wait times. ​The Coffee Audit: To be fair and helpful, I’ve kept track of my orders this week. Out of 14 coffees, 7 were perfect, 4 were drinkable, and 3 were unfortunately made wrong. When you’re heading out into the rain for a long day, that first coffee is a big deal. I shouldn’t have to 'test sip' at the window every time to make sure it’s stirred and sweetened correctly. ​My Suggestion for Management: ​Standardized Training: Ensure everyone on the coffee station knows the exact build. If a mistake happens, please just offer a fresh one—handing a customer sugar packets to fix it themselves while driving isn't the best solution. ​Staffing at Night: The wait times in the drive-thru at night can hit 20-30 minutes. It seems like the crew is working hard, but they are clearly understaffed. Hiring a few extra hands for those shifts would go a long way in keeping the line moving. ​This location is already miles better than the competition across the street, and with a little more focus on training and staffing, it could easily be the best in Abbotsford. I’ll keep coming back and I’m looking forward to seeing those perfect-coffee odds go up! ​Tip for Customers: Life’s expensive—ask if the coffee is fresh when you order! It helps hold the quality to a higher standard and ensures you get what you're paying for."
