The customer service was poor, especially from who I assume was the manager. They were dismissive and came across as rude when I asked a simple question about my order. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional. On top of that, the food was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. I don’t expect anything amazing, but I do expect warm food and basic courtesy. Definitely not a great experience at this location.

My son slipped on the rubber mat transition and suffered a serious facial injury — he required hospitalization, as part of his nose had to be medically reattached. We reported the incident to management, but as they said the play area is “up to code,” no changes will be made. Socks are required in the play area, and even the small incline at the entrance can cause children to lose their balance. Please be careful if your children use this space.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. All they could say was sorry and come get it yourself self. “Ask door dash for a refund” yeah well door dash says no so what are you going to do for messing up??
