    I stopped here for dinner on the way home from Vancouver to Kelowna, and ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and a Big Mac. Compared to other locations in the Interior, the hamburger patties on the Big Mac were huge, and the sandwich barely fit in the box! There was extra cheese, lots of sauce, plenty of pickles and fresh lettuce. I haven't had a Big Mac made like this one in a very long time. The Quarter Pounder with Cheese was good too, and the patty was also larger than other locations. The service was quick and the front counter staff were friendly. I would definitely stop in here again on the way through.

    i came through drive thru. asked for all my food to be fresh and that i would wait. i get to the window and the server had my order ready to go and i asked again if it was fresh and she assured me it was. i opened my order down the street while driving and it was all cold. how could they prepare fresh food in 30 seconds?

    Today , first time we visit there and oder a double double coffee but when we got that is is cold like water like after so many wait we got such a disappointment.

    I come through this drive thru every now and then, have had nothing but good experiences - up until today. Girl that was working in the drive through today around 8pm, I had to repeat my order a total of 3 times to - which is fine I know it's a high stress job. However on top of that when I got to the window I was met with absolutely no words, no eye contact, and when I had double checked my nugget combo to ask for nugget sauce , she just handed me happy meal box and said it was in there and nothing else, and when I got home it turns out she got the order wrong as well. It was overall just kinda standoffish and off putting, compared to the regular have a nice day friendly service ive typically received. Its a tough job and I don't blame anyone for being stressed, but kindness and courtesy is free.
