    I ordered the Mc Veggie sandwich from the drive-through about five minutes before arriving home, and unfortunately the sandwich was severely overcooked and appeared to have been made in old oil. The patty was burnt and the food was cold. I called the store to inform the team, but when I was transferred to the manager, she denied that anything was wrong with the order. I explained that this was not about the cost, but about the quality of the food I received. I had also requested ketchup at the drive-through, which was not included. I have evidence of the condition of the sandwich and will be attaching it. This was one of the most disappointing food experiences I’ve had

    Be careful while taking and eating. They gave me Non-veg burger instead of Veggie burger :(. Afterwards i went there they just replacing my burger they didn’t even apologize.

    This location seemed sketchy, and nobody liked their food, but there was nothing particularly wrong with it. The staff was fine, and other than broken ordering kiosks, the place was not run-down.

    White girl on drive through pay window was very rude didn’t even say hi hello or thankyou just showed us the paying machine. I think she’s not happy with her job so shocked by this Terrible service.Honestly, worst service ever.

    Went through the drive through. As the 3rd vehicle to come up beside me started to order and no one was helping me, I said hello, hello and got no response. I drove ahead and ordered at the window. We ordered two Americanos and the second one was just hot water, almost clear, no coffee flavor at all. I drove back and went in and got it replaced. It took them a long time to make the replacement. Not impressed.
