  This is today jan 28 2026. I ordered a value burger. The ice tea and diet coke at the self-serve tasted like it contains mold

  I ordered our meal through the kiosk. I wanted the the grilled chicken BLT with extra everything minus the bun and just a regular for my mother. It came out finaly wrong about 20 minutes later so I sent it back. Then came missing items so again I sent it back. On their thired attempt it was not cold after 30 minutes. The manager gave the thired degree formaking customizations, and said next time give it in wrighting. I handed her the recipt and said I did. She refused to make it right and slamded the refund on the counter. Up date, the district manager called me and refused to believe me. I'm not suprised at all. There are so many other reviews about the location complaining about speed of service, quality of food, friendlyness of staff or lack there off, and pisss pore management. I have ordered this same meal at the location on Sumas in abbotsford with out isssues, zero complains from anyone yet the location on Mount lehmann frounds upon any kind of customization even thouth they are the ones who set up the kiosk and app..Just like other review go anyware else.
