- HCH CJan 6, 20261.0Only take cash at the tills so they won't take your card and you have to use a kiosk which hardly works , some of the buttons you have to push six or seven times , extremely frustrating , and then they are going to charge you for a bag whether you want or need one or not because there is no no bag option at the kiosk , and then when I asked the lady at the till she said it doesn't matter because KFC is going to start charging everyboby for bags whether you want or need a bag or not. So many places are making it extremely easy now with inflated prices or hidden charges along with next to zero customer service to just stay home and save money and have a better meal .

I ordered 6 spicy chicken breast and apparently couldn't accommodate that because they only had 2!!!!! Well make more I'm willing to wait but no they decided they didn't want to accommodate my specific order so I was stuck with 2 breast and 2 thighs when I needed 6 pieces. How can you not have chicken available when that is the only thing you sell!!!!!!

There are very few staff up front, and as per most KFC restaurants it takes forever to get your meal, on 3 out of 5 occasions I have stood there for 10 minutes after ordering through the app 10 to 15 minutes ahead of time, with no staff really coming out to ask what's I'm waiting for etc, I feel like this is kinda the same thing happening to every KFC that isn't a taco bell as well...
