I called KFC today, regarding special instructions for an order I placed on the Skip the dishes App. This amazingly great professional followed my instructions to a T, and went above and beyond providing us with fresh, mouth watering tender food as we requested, cooked to perfection. We enjoyed 2 orders of popcorn chicken and a popcorn chicken go bucket, as well as the new amazing dips that you put on the menu, that are absolutely delicious. Please try to keep those dips on the menu as regular dips, as I definitely would order a lot of them, each and every time. Back to the star of this experience, Parth. He truly cared about us as customers and we feel very valued and respected. Parth Represents KFC 110%, however most importantly, he honestly cares about us as customers. He is not only an amazingly great professional, he answers the phone for the special instructions with such welcoming energy, kindness, care and respect for us as customers. In my younger days, when I was not sick.. I had a very great career as a mystery shopper... I'm telling you this because this amazingly great professional should be given the highest respect for the greatest experience ever today, the greatest food, because if KFC on Sumas would be assessed with this amazingly great professional, he would receive the highest recognition, rewards and so much more for the experience and his representation of KFC on sumas. For anyone who's reading this today, we highly recommend KFC sumas, because they have one of the greatest professionals ever, Parth, who will definitely make your experience an absolutely amazing one!!
